Medien bloodsample

The music video Bloodsample is based on a selection of found footage in accordance with the song's lyrics. All other footage is chosen by trying to match the visual associations we had by listening to the specific sounds. The editing tries to link the images in strict synchronism (something we miss in many videoclips we see), as well as other more subtle ways of weaving sound and image together. Bloodsample tries to underline the songs dreamlike and melancholy atmosphere and to make use of the hypnotic qualities of the repetition of images.
